I just found your recipe for homemade twix bars and I’ve been trying tp perfect my own recipe for a little while. i’m curious about using brown sugar (instead of white or powdered) does does that change the taste/texture? Thanks so much

Hi beth! The biggest thing that the brown sugar does is help to moisten the recipe (and add a richer flavor than regular white) so if you were going to adjust the amount of it at all, you may just want to adjust your other wet and dry ingredients too so that the crust doesn’t come out too moist (or too dry). I hope that helps!
